In the interest of reusing and recycling we have our own range of upholstered items for sale. Many of these are made using the left-over fabrics and materials from our upholstery work. Upcycled furniture and reupholstered chairs have been saved from landfill to be the perfect bespoke items for all interior lovers’ with an environmental conscience.
You can visit us at our workshop in Sunniside, Sunderland. We have a multi-purpose space where we take your furniture for reinvention but where you can also come along to take part in one of our many workshops and courses.
Workshops include basic upholstery, upcycling painted furniture and seasonal crafts.

Alison at Reinvented with Love has worked alongside me for the past two years creating some unique and bespoke designs for our farmhouse, from materials to furniture, I can’t recommend Reinvented with Love enough to bring a touch of elegance to your home. Absolutely delighted with the work recently completed by Ali&Anna. My beloved nana passed away 2 years ago and her wing back chair was looking tired and worn out. The girls brought it back to life for my young daughters room and we are all delighted with it. It will now enjoy another generation and perhaps more to come 🙂. They listened carefully to the brief, selected beautiful fabrics to choose from and comms were timely and thorough. Level of skill and craftsmanship fantastic. Covid safe collection and delivery. First class service from a talented pair of ladies! Not only did they source my chair, they collected and delivered it for me which made everything so easy for us - particularly during a global pandemic! From choosing fabric to making matching cushions, Ali and Anna have been so helpful. We’ve had so many compliments about our new addition - beautiful, unique, educational and most of all, fun! It fits in perfectly with our living room and looks like it’s always been there - and it’s now the chair of choice for our youngest who now refers to it as “my world map chair” - I don’t think I’m going to get a look in! This company owned by two lovely ladies are amazing! They have now reupholstered two chairs for me and given one a paint revamp too. They are now busy with a third chair.They listen to what you are wanting, they send out fabric and paint samples and keep you updated throughout the stages. Nothing is too much trouble for them , they collect and redeliver your furniture and their prices are affordable unlike many other reupholsters. I can’t recommend these ladies enough. You will not be disappointed!
I love these ladies! They have transformed my dining chairs and footstool. Their work is high quality and they are discuss in detail exactly what is needed. There are no hidden extras and the sourcing of fabrics was so helpful.
Absolutely love my ‘reinvented’ sofa! Working with them on this transformation has been easy and the finished job is perfect and beautifully crafted. My existing sofa was a great shape and fit but it was looking shabby, so I decided I was going to reuse it, not dump it - after following Reinvented with Love I knew exactly the team to give it a new lease of life! They are a wonderful team who clearly love what they do. I can highly recommend them and I can bet you are already looking at your existing furniture differently now!

I would like to thank Ali and the team for my modernised Garden Bench. I can’t believe how amazing it looks! With some very hard work, tender love and care, my bench has been restored to its original glory with a modern look. Can’t recommend this company enough. I was ready to throw out my old walnut mirror but then had second thoughts as it was a great size but just didn’t match my new bedroom decor.These ladies came round with lots of different colour samples and we finally came to the agreement of the new colour which matched everything perfectly! My heavy mirror was picked up and delivered within a few days fully reinvented with love. Can’t thank them enough for a super efficient,friendly service. Wouldn’t hesitate in using them again when giving something a much needed revamp. Thanks so much 🥰

I have bought to beautiful custom made items from Reinvented with the love. The first was a gorgeous little table and stools set for my girls bedrooms and the second was a pair of gorgeous chairs with William Morris upholstery. Both times I just told them what I was looking for, shared pictures of where in the house they were going, from this they sourced the perfect fabric. The final products are of excellent quality and absolutely stunning to look at. I highly recommend reinvented with love. Thanks you so much!!

If you are looking to have a piece of your own furniture updated or maybe even looking for a bespoke piece I would definitely recommend you contact the girls at Reinvented with Love. After seeing and purchasing the kidney shaped stool, the girls amazingly found for me a lovely, but in need of ‘a lot of love’, Victorian metal backed bedroom chair. They sourced the same material as the stool and produced a beautiful matching chair. Thank you so much girls - l absolutely Love them ! Marion

We opened our new workshop, at The BIC in Southwick. Supported by the advisors and other community based organisations such as The Cultural Spring, Groundworks and The Recovery College, we now offer private and community led workshops to residents of Sunderland and Tyne & Wear.
