1. Introduction

1.1 These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between you and Reinvented with Friends CIC T/A Reinvented with Love and can only be amended with Reinvented with Friends CIC’s consent. By using the Reinvented with Love website and services, you, therefore, accept all these terms and conditions.

1.2 Reinvented with Friends CIC reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice to you, provided that any such change will not affect any purchases you have made before the change is implemented. Your continued use of or access to the website or services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

1.3 The Reinvented with Love website contains links to other websites, such as social media sites. The linked sites are not under the control of Reinvented with Friends CIC and thus Reinvented with Friends CIC is not responsible for the contents of any linked sites.

1.4 By using the Reinvented with Love website, you confirm that you will not use the Reinvented with Love website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Reinvented with Love website.

‍2. Ordering

2.1 If you wish to commission Reinvented with Friends CIC T/A Reinvented with Love, please use your preferred contact option on the Contact Us page. Reinvented with Friends CIC will contact you to clarify your request or return a quote.

2.2 A non-refundable payment, in the form of material costs, is required for Reinvented with Friends CIC to accept an order. The balance is due on full delivery.

2.3 You are responsible for checking that all the details of your order are correct and suitable for your requirements including measurements, dimensions, and product features.

2.4 Charges to orders will be written and agreed upon by both parties. Any problem with an order must be brought to our attention within two days of receipt of the order. Thereafter charges may be made for any corrections or changes. Any additional instructions must be confirmed in writing and a price agreed upon for the additional work and material before the work can proceed. All old covers and fabrics will be discarded unless the Client requests otherwise.

2.5 Any information on Reinvented with Love website regarding the sizes of the item(s) is included as a guide only. If you are in any doubt as to the size of any product you require, we recommend that you contact us prior to placing an order.

2.6 We reserve the right to refuse to serve an individual or company.

3. Prices and Payments

3.1 The prices of products advertised on Reinvented with Love website are in pounds sterling. The prices exclude delivery charges, these will be added to the total amount once you have selected a delivery option.

3.2 Prices for our products are subject to change without notice (but not after) acceptance of your order. Reinvented with Friends CIC shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

3.3 We cannot accept your order on the Reinvented with Love website until you have paid for it in full.

3.4  In the unlikely event that the price of an item has been incorrectly advertised on Reinvented with Love website, Reinvented with Friends CIC will contact you by email or telephone to ask whether you wish to proceed with the order at the correct price. If you are not happy to proceed or Reinvented with Friends CIC is unable to obtain your instructions, the order is going to be cancelled. Unless Reinvented with Love has already confirmed the dispatch of your order, Reinvented with Friends CIC will not be obliged to supply services at the incorrect price.

3.5 The final balance of the commissions is due on full delivery. If you fail to pay the full balance, appropriate legal steps will be taken.

3.6 Reinvented with Friends CIC T/A Reinvented with Love accepts payments via PayPal, debit and credit cards or if you prefer, you can arrange a bank transfer or payment direct with Reinvented with Friends CIC.

4. Delivery

4.1 Subject to availability, Reinvented with Friends CIC will deliver the services as soon as possible. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified. Certain deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt.

4.2 Reinvented with Friends CIC will deliver directly to the address specified in your order. It is your responsibility to advise us of any non-standard delivery circumstances that may apply at the point of order.

4.3 After our courier confirms a delivery date with you and should you then cancel the confirmed date/time slot, the delivery charge will be incurred and need to be met by you and not Reinvented with Friends CIC.

4.4 An adult must be present at the delivery address to carefully check the unwrapped Products, sign and acknowledge receipt in a safe and satisfactory condition.  Please report any defects on delivery otherwise it could affect your refund.

4.5 Reinvented with Friends CIC carries the risk of loss or damage to the products until you receive them.  The products become your property and responsibility when you have received them and paid in full.

5. Cancellations and Returns

5.1 Purchases made on the Reinvented with Love website are covered by Reinvented with Friends CIC’s cancellation policy, which lasts 7 days. After 7 days Reinvented with Love can’t offer you a refund or exchange. It is your responsibility to contact Reinvented with Friends CIC to state your concerns before the cancellation period has expired.

5.2 If you purchase an item from the Reinvented with Love website you may cancel your order any time prior to delivery and not incur any costs as long as the items have not been dispatched for delivery.

5.3 In the event you commissioned Reinvented with Friends CIC T/A Reinvented with Love and you need to cancel your order you may do so up to 3 days after you have placed your order by contacting Reinvented with Friends CIC. If you cancel your order after the material is ordered, you will lose your deposit.

5.4 Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, Reinvented with Friends CIC will send you an email to notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, the timescale for which will depend on the payment type and bank processing times (potentially up to 14 days).

5.5 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any defects must be reported upon accepting the delivery as no refund can be given if Reinvented with Friends CIC is notified later than 2 days from receipt.

5.6 If the item is returned later than 14 days after delivery and or it is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to Reinvented with Friends CIC error, Reinvented with Friends CIC will offer only a partial refund.

5.7 Any bespoke commission made to your specification and colour choice cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

5.8 Sale items cannot be refunded.

5.9 Postage costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. We advise that you take out enough postal insurance to cover the value of the contents.

5.10 Our policy on cancellations and returns does not affect your statutory legal rights.

6. Faulty Services

6.1 If you believe any of Reinvented with Friends CIC products are faulty, you should notify us via email ali@reinventedwithfriends.co.uk immediately.

6.2 If any purchase from Reinvented with Friends CIC is damaged or faulty when delivered to you Reinvented with Friends CIC may offer a replacement, a repair or a refund. In the case of replacement, the original item will be removed.

7. Service Information

7.1 Reinvented with Friends CIC has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and other detailing in the images that appear on the Reinvented with Love website. However, as the actual colours and detailing that you see onscreen will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour or other detailing will exactly reflect the colour or detailing of the order upon delivery.

7.2 You will be given advice on the suitability of fabrics whether supplied by Reinvented with Friends CIC or not, however, Reinvented with Friends CIC can only take responsibility for materials supplied by Reinvented with Friends CIC; covering fabric supplied by you is your responsibility. We add Fire retardant material to all reupholstered items as specified in the Furniture and Furnishing Fire Regulations 1988. Furniture manufactured prior to 1950 does not come within the scope of the 1988 Regulations with regard to filling or cover. With regards to your own materials; when supplied by you it is your own responsibility to ensure the fabric is suitable for the purpose for which it is intended to use and that it complied with the relevant regulations in force with regard to Fire and Safety.

7.3 Reinvented with Friends CIC reserves the right to add a surcharge to the mark-up costs where fabrics, woven or printed off-grain, require extra time to make and where fabrics and patterns behave unexpectedly. Additional work, which may not be apparent when the estimate is provided, will be advised to you on discovery and a course of action agreed upon. This includes issues linked to the frames, bases or the state of repair of the item, which is hidden by the upholstery.

7.4 Reinvented with Friends CIC cannot be held responsible for the present or future behaviour of the treatment/fabric/trims, such as wearing and deterioration, stretching, shrinking, staining, clean-ability, fading or damage to person or property, where the customer has acted against the manufacturer’s/retailer’s instructions i.e. washing instructions, steaming etc. Reinvented with Friends CIC will not be responsible for charges if you have another company make corrections – you will still be responsible for the original bill. Charges will be made for any corrections that are not the fault of Reinvented with Friends CIC.

7.5 Reinvented with Friends CIC work with genuine used pieces of furniture that have had a previous life and as such, they may have minor imperfections relative to their age and being used over the years. In addition, items have been restored and re-designed by hand so you should expect a high-quality finish rather than a machine/factory finish as it is a creative piece of work, not a mass-produced item.

7.6 Reinvented with Friends CIC endeavours to deliver intense forming part of this contract in the specified time, Reinvented with Friends CIC’s obligation, however, is to deliver on time providing that the materials to complete the work is available at the time the work is undertaken. Reinvented with Friends CIC will keep you informed of any supply problems or other factors which may affect delivery times.

7.7 Complaints will be dealt with as quickly as possible and a resolution of the same will be our prime objective.

8. Our Liability

8.1 Reinvented with Friends CIC will not be liable to you where the performance of any of Reinvented with Friends CIC obligations is prevented or restricted by any circumstance or cause beyond Reinvented with Friends CIC’s reasonable control.

8.2 You are responsible for the use you make of the service(s) you order. To the extent not prohibited by law, Reinvented with Friends CIC accept no liability for any loss or damage which is not reasonably foreseeable or for any business loss (which includes loss of profits, contracts, goodwill, business interruption, loss of business or opportunity and other similar losses).

8.3 Nothing in this section or elsewhere in Reinvented with Friends CIC Terms and conditions affects your statutory legal rights.

9. Personal Data

9.1 We will only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to get acquainted with its content.
